Real-time map, can't mouse over west coast US circles

For some reason, when I mouse over circles on the west coast of the US, nothing pops up. But on the rest of the map, when mousing over a circle, details will pop up.

try another browser does it still do that?

Yes, this happens in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox (all on Mac OS)

try deleting files from piwik tmp. also what are the php.ini memory settings? if only 128 then up it at least 256

Ah, found the problem. It’s definitely a bug in Piwik. See screenshot, there’s a DIV element blocking the circles:
