"Client denied by server configuration" since update to Piwik 2.4.0

Hi since I updated to version 2.4.0 i get the following error:

The Dashboard for all Website doesn’t list any Websites. If I choose an Website from the Dropdown list I can see the Visitors.

can you try to change the permissions to 755 of:

/plugins/ZenMode/
/plugins/ZenMode/angularjs/
/plugins/ZenMode/angularjs/quick-access/

Does it fix the issue?

I set the whole piwik recursive with 777. No changes.

In the Server log I saw that error get generated after piwik tried to acceess
[b]/plugins/MultiSites/angularjs/site/plugins[/b
]
But there is no plugins folder insite the /plugins/MultiSites/angularjs/site/ folder.

Dashboard still is empty but anything else works.
