I attempted to run the automatic update from v.2.2.2 to v 2.4.1 and received this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 78 bytes) in /home/bizweban/public_html/pwa/vendor/leafo/lessphp/lessc.inc.php on line 1721

That is a very interesting response from the founder of Piwik to a legitimate support request… Does Piwik not have a ration answer to the question?

It seems like you didn´t even bother to search for the problem yourself. Any search engine should give you thousands of results and the fix is very simple: You have too little memory assigned to PHP so increase it.
