Hello guys! I’m using Piwik from about a month on a hostgator (i’ve already used this in different hostings).
The problem is that it does not detect all the visitor, especially when they visit throw Facebook. Piwik does not consider these visitors like a “ghost”.
Also does not recognize the refer link from where the visitors arrived… Advice? Hostgator problem?
