Hello,
we are running analytics for two websites with Piwik and getting the following error when trying to archive the logs with one of the websites:
ERROR Piwik\Access[2014-10-14 11:42:31] [9de64] Got invalid response from API request: SERVERNAME/index.php?module=API&method=API.get&idSite=2&period=year&date=last7&format=php&token_auth=TOKENNAME&trigger=archivephp. Response was 'a:2:{s:6:"result";s:5:"error";s:7:"message";s:193:"This report has been reprocessed since your last click. To see this error less often, please increase the timeout value in seconds in Settings > General Settings. (error: id 4203 not found).";}'
I have seen some other posts around this issue in the forum but none of them really described a solution.
Any hints on how to solve this?

The timeout value is: 3600
Piwik Version is: 2.8.0
