Hi
Ｉhave a problem, when I set the Period time with “week” or “month” or “Date range”, There will show “Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your Piwik administrator for assistance.” in the page.
How can I fix it?

It seems like the page is taking too long to load. Try setting up auto-archiving.

Thanks for your reply.
I have config the crontab,and set it auto-archiving every 30 minutes and disable browser triggers.
Now ,I can get data by week.But when I get data by “month” or “year”,there is no data return. It show " There is no data for this report.
" in the page.
Why there is no data?

I find some errors in my log’s file:

Maybe have a look in your web server’s log file (Nginx?).
