I just logged into my Piwik dashboard after a week or two to notice that ALL of my site statistics have reset to 0 - image attached.
The stats aren’t doing anything, even when I visit my websites from different IP addresses. Not changing.
I am using version 2.10.0, I can’t remember if this issue happened after the update or not. I have logged into phpmyadmin and can see all of the tables etc,. however can’t make much sense of it.
I didn’t make any changes to my db, server or hosting.
What should I do as I had a LOT of site statistics that I hope aren’t lost!
