Pages per Visit - is it possible to get which page the user was at?

Via PIWIK API or any other method is there a way to know which page the user was at in each visit? Because we have the ´Pages per Visit´ metric and ´Pages´ metric that display each URL visited.

Is there some kind of identifier which allows me to cross this data?

I think you can use the LIve API for this, to get the list of all actions for each user. See: http://developer.piwik.org/api-reference/reporting-api#Live
