I have a strange problem. Out of a running installation, the javascript code in PIWIK appears to be broken. I cannot login anymore. I attached a screenshot of the login screen. I tested this on chrome and FF browser - same result. The Opt-out form also isnt working. when i try to unset the button it just resets to a set button field. the server logs seems to be ok though.
any idea what that could be caused by?
