Hi there, I just install a piwik instance on windows server 2012 R2/IIS 8.5, but I found the “console” tool is not working in this server, no matter I input “php ./console help” or “./console help” in CMD, it will show a notice that “php/console is not recognized as an internal or external command”, but I have tested it in my local machine, windows 7, it worked. Any help will be great, thanks in advance!
It is weird that the error message mentions “php/console” and not “console” or “php” separately.
There might be a problem on your end where the space is not interpreted or something. Perhaps try the full file name (e.g. “php C:…\console.php help”) to see if that works or if you get a different error message.
