PIWIK started to miss some visitors

Latest Piwik 2.13.1.
Latest GeoLite GeoLite City (dated May, 06 2015)

Since havings theses updates I saw SEVERAL Piwik’s record missing!

I have internet shop with new order notifications. Notification has client’s IP address.
I have several cases that PIWIK loses some visitor’s visit history.
Apache Server log has this info, but PIWIK has lost.

Do Not Track feature is disabled. Site’s traffic is about 600-800 visitors per day

The problem appeared after last Piwik’s update and/or GeoLite DB update.

Do you maybe find any error in your server error logs?

Hi Matt
Today PIWIK missed records of at least one visitor again. Apache log has no error.
I used PIWIK more than year and there was no similar problem before last 1-2 months.
