Piwik manager system dashboard has js error in firefox

when i see the demo in piwik network “Matomo Forums - Tuesday, January 9, 2018 - Web Analytics Reports - Piwik”.

In the DashBoard page with fire fox, the fire bug has report errors like " TypeError: $(…).on(…).dashboard is not a function".
