Delete/purge excluded IPs from previous dates

Is it possible to delete or purge excluded IPs from previous dates in which they were not excluded?

I tried looking at the database schema to run my own MySQL queries but was overwhelmed. Does anyone know where the I.P.'s are stored and the associated tables/rows?
