Using the latest beta 7 release, getting this error trying to look at a monthly PDF report…
Anyone know what this file should be, and why it’s missing from a standard install?

It shouldn’t be a problem for new installations, but we assumed existing users would “overwrite” their previous installation, and thus, still have that image.
You can download the image from here: http://dev.piwik.org/trac/export/5947/trunk/plugins/UserSettings/images/os/W75.gif
and copy it to your piwik folder under plugins/UserSettings/images/os/
