I’m sorry for my bad english.
I need help because when I tried to consult a report I have this error :
“Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/account/public_html/stats/core/DataTable/Filter/Truncate.php on line 36”
I tried to solve this by using auto archiving but still this error…
I never use this option, can you tell me how I can activate this for all my website since the beginning??

Je n’ai jamais utilisé cette option et apparemment pour 3 de mes sites (il y en a 11) cela pose problème car il y a trop de données et je ne peux plus générer de rapport PDF (automatiquement ou manuellement).
Est-ce que quelqu’un peut m’aider?

Aucune idée sinon que tu devrais déjà sauvegarder les tables mysql quelque part puis les supprimer là où elle te gêne. C’est sans doute le plus simple.
bah je vaux bien mais il y a des mois de données stockées 
je ne voudrais pas tout perdre…

je ne sais pas comment on sauvegarde un table mysql. Mais google le saura surement mieux que moi. Donc essayer de transférer quelque part tes données en sûreté puis n’utilise que les 3 dernières semaines pour réinstaller piwik avec. Mais google etc… toi même, je ne l’ai jamais fait.

And after 1 hour check that your hourly cron executed and output the archive.php in the file?
It didn’t work, so I have do that on my job cron :

Like that every 15mn stats are refresh.
But if cron job is every 15mn, I have to set on “General Settings” 15mn (900 seconds) too?
What is the difference between these two parameters?
Do you think with that all reports will be create with no fatal error?
