In the section “Piwik opt-out for your visitors”, you provide a link index.php?module=CoreAdminHome&action=optOut&language=en

This URL conflicts with “How to configure Piwik for security” (How to configure Piwik for security - Analytics Platform - Matomo) that states “and only allow external access to piwik.php and piwik.js”

Thanks for the feedback. changed the user guide to: " When you restrict access to files, please note that you need to allow external access to the following files: piwik.php, piwik.js, and also to the URL index.php?module=CoreAdminHome&action=optOut (for the opt-out iframe)."
