Tracking Individual Users using Custom Variables

Hello fellow Piwik users,

I have a question pertaining to tracking individual users. Basically, we would like to track individual users when they log in to our support center to see what pages they are viewing. If possible we would like to pull the login name (their email in our case) and have that info show up on the visitor log page.

If anyone has any suggestions or a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a screenshot attached explaining my issue further.

Use Custom Variables then they will appearin the visitor log

As long as you are able to uniquely track the variable value you can capture and display it in the visitor log.
