I try to find a nice setup which can grow in AWS and found here some interesting infos.
One of the confirmed ideas is that I have an administrative node (https://piwik-admin.example.com) and 2 customer nodes (http://piwik.example.com / https://piwik.example.com).
=> When I check for tracking code I get now piwik-admin.example.com instead of piwik.example.com.
The snippet is not the big problem to modify but perhaps there are other places where the same difference can cause problems?
- So it would be nice to have the possibility to define the mentioned $PIWIK_URL / $URL in documentation globally / per website.
- Also the separation of piwik tracking host/URL and static content host/URL mentionend in the CDN post would be a nice feature.
