Of course I care about this bug.
But the affected piwik installation is not accessible from the internet so I could not help here.
I dont know, where problem is… but I removed piwik from pc, deleted mysql user, database, and created new - clean install with newly created mysql user, database - all new. (Only domain is from old instance.
Now piwik is working. Tracking again.

I also did a clean install of Piwik 2.11.1 with new database without success.
I have in piwik admin at botton of page “Trusted piwik hostnames” two hostnames. One is where piwik is installed and running and another my hostname with www.
Im going to add that debug =1 to tracker config for team

The two users who emailed me with the info have their issue solved (either by reinstalling or the other one just worked already)
if you have the issue, please create a new bug report with as much as info as possible (maybe there are errors in the error log etc.)

Even I am experiencing the same issue. Visitor’s Log are recorded but visits count is not recorded. This produce reports with 0 Visits. I have mailed you with credentials required. Let me know once you are done.
