Transitions values are not showing on mouseover

I have just upgraded to 2.0.16, and I have an issue with the Actions > Entry Pages report (and all of the actions reports actually). When opening the transitions report, when I try to view the popover values, I just see the strings:

This page had %1$s pageviews (%2$s of all pageviews).

Not really sure if there is a fix other than reinstalling? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
