Can't reuse database

Hello

sorry for my poor english.
I had a problem with my piwik folder and i do reinstal it.
But piwik see my tables and propose me to delete.
I can’t be absolutely shure but i think that i used 3.2.0 version of piwik.
I have a synology with both maria db (5 and 10) but i use the 10 version.
I’m using PHP 7 but it’s possible to use 5.6.
“Reuse DB Tables” option is not displayed for me.

is there a solution to reinstall without losing my data ?

I realized that the restoration of my databases was incomplete.
Also, piwik did not find them.
Fortunately I had another correct backup.
Sorry.
