Less data in Piwik vs GA

We want to use Piwik/
But when testing found that data Piwik 60% less than in GA and other tools that can physically show the number of visits to the site.
Could you please tell me what could be the problem?

Hi, most of the time the difference is because of DoNotTrack. Contrary to GA, Piwik respects the user setting by default and doesn’t save any data for users who have DoNotTrack enabled.
