Mismatch in Goal count

Hi Team,

I have created a Goal in Piwik using the Event.Please see below to know, How my goal triggering in Piwik.

I am seeing a huge difference between the Event count and Goal count. Please see below,
Event count: 135
Goal count: 94

Please help me to know the reason behind this difference in count.

Maybe a stupid question, but have you maybe enabled that each visit only one goal can be converted?
