Provider Unknown

Hello,

The provider plugin is not working for me.
I only get the Provider Unknown status.

I’m using Piwik 2.16.2. Provider plugin is enabled and the Anonymize Visitors’ IP addresses is set to no.
Not sure if other settig influence the Provider plugin or not.

I solved it by reinstalling piwik again from scratch. I don’t know what might have caused this.
