SEO Plugin zeigt 0 Google indexed pages an

Hi,
ich habe seit rund 5 Wochen ein neues WordPress-Blog online [linuxnews.de]. Piwik zeigt für Bing 31 indexed Pages an, für Google aber 0. Die Google Search Console sagt aber, es seien 112 Seiten indiziert. Hat da jemand ne idee zu?

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Ich habe Piwik vor ein paar Wochen installiert und nutze es bei einer Wordpress-Seite, wo dies mittels Plugin WP-Piwik eingebunden ist. Auch hier pragt immer noch bei Google indexed pages eine 0.

Das ist das Widget vom SEO Plugin.

Die Logik für diese Zahl ist extrem simpel:

Das Plugin ruft die URL http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site:meineseite.example.com auf und sucht nach eine Zahl auf dieser Webseite.

Ich vermute mal, dass Google die Aufrufe blockiert/ein Captcha anzeigt, da sie in letzter Zeit immer mehr automatisierte Aufrufe blockieren.

Im Piwik-Dashboard könnt ihr übrigens das SEO-Rankings Widget hinzufügen, da könnt ihr die Daten für beliebige Domains ausprobieren.

Ich habe es gerade bei mir ausprobiert und tatsächlich sehe ich nur “-” als die Anzahl der Seiten bei Google.

Und tatsächlich, wenn ich die URL von meinem Server (einem vServer bei einem großen Anbieter) aufrufe, bekomme ich eine Warnung von Google:

Ich habe mal ein Github issue aufgemacht, da die Funktion so nicht wirklich nützlich ist:

Danke, werde das mal auf GitHub weiter verfolgen. Du hast natürlich recht, so ist das Plugin ziemlich sinnlos, wenn der wichtigste Punkt bei den Anzeigen leer bleibt.

Super, danke, das hat uns geholfen! Ich finde das Plugin aber nicht so gut. Da gibt’s bessere. Habe einen Blogartikel zu Wordpress SEO gefunden, der einige gute Plugins behandelt und testet: https://www.onlinesolutionsgroup.de/blog/wordpress-seo/

Ich glaub, wenn man sich daran orientiert, kann man nicht so viel falsch machen.
