SharePoint 2013 SSL Tracking

Hello,

I’m trying to use JavaScript tracking for PIWIK on my SharePoint 2013 implementation (intranet). I’ve successfully applied the tracking code to my two dev servers which are running on HTTP, but could not get it to apply in production. The PIWIK server is SSL-enabled and using the self-signed cert. When I run the debugger, it shows that the JavaScript is not even being loaded. Any ideas?
