I do use piwik for multidomain tracking the problem is, that all the reports, that shows the URL’s, e.g. action=menuGetPageUrls do not show the domain, just the URL after TLD. So with visits from multiple domains all pages ale mixed together and unless i do some segment, i cannot see them. Much better would be to optionaly show the tree with the domain as first level, so i would see
