Piwik is recording me as 3 unique user because i used 3 different browser from the same machine. Is this expected or some issue?

That’s not an issue, all analytics platform are working this way unless you use the user ID.
Otherwise how could you identify that you are the same person?
Cookies are based on browser and the fingerprint includes the browser, so if you change browser and browser version you are highly affecting it.
