Average. time on page is different

Hi there,

on our Dashboard we have 5000 visitors and an average time on page of 54 Seconds for 12.10.2017.

When we look up the references and add campaigns, direct, search engines, and websites, we also get 5000 Visitors but an average time on page of 69,5 Seconds.

How is that possible?
